Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How long will it take me to experience The 901 Nightmare?

A: Most people plan to spend about 1 to 2 hours at the nightmare, which includes the wait time in the queue line and going thru the trail. It all depends on how busy we are and what night you attend. Saturdays are our busy nights, so plan on trying to come out on a Thursday or Friday to beat the crowd!

Q: Is The 901 Nightmare safe and have you had any altercations in the past?

A: Yes it is safe and we have had NO altercations in the past. We will and have always had 2 York County Sheriff officers on duty at all times!

Q: Will anyone in The 901 Nightmare touch me?

A: No they will not touch you. We instruct all of our actors to do their best at scaring you with no physical contact.

Q: Can I wear a costume or mask in The 901 Nightmare?

A: You cannot wear a mask thru the trail, but you may wear your body costume as long as there is no mask or the mask can come off.

Q: Can I take pictures or video in The 901 Nightmare?

A: Sorry but Photography or Video are NOT allowed in The 901 Nightmare.

Q: What if I cannot make it thru the trail, do I get my money back?

A: Our policy is NO refunds. If you did not make it out of the queue line into the trail, then your ticket will still be good for a pass on another night. However, each situation is unique, and will be looked into on your behalf.
